Have you ever had a memory that didn’t feel like your own? A moment where you just knew something, as if it had always been inside you?
My journey with hypnosis began almost 30 years ago, long before I ever realized it would become my profession. At 15, I was captivated by the works of Brian Weiss, deeply intrigued by past life regressions and the idea that our subconscious holds memories beyond this lifetime. One of his books contained a guided regression script, and I read it over and over, fascinated by the possibility of exploring past lives.
At that age, I was already passionate about hypnosis, even though I had no formal training. It wasn’t just curiosity—it felt like something I had always known, something familiar yet unexplainable. I read everything I could get my hands on, absorbing knowledge with an urgency I couldn’t explain. It was as if I was rediscovering something rather than learning it for the first time.
One day, I shared my excitement with a close friend, and soon we planned a sleepover to try it together. Another friend joined us as support, making the experience even more immersive. I was confident, even at that young age, that I could guide the session correctly. I didn’t just feel prepared—I felt as if I had done this before.
The regression: a window to another life
That night, with candles casting flickering shadows on the walls, I set up a calming environment. I carefully followed the regression script, guiding my friend into a deep hypnotic state. What happened next was beyond anything I had expected.
At first, she hesitated, her breathing slow and steady. Then, suddenly, she gasped softly.
“I see my feet… but they’re not my feet.”
Her voice had a distant quality, as if she were stepping into another body, seeing through someone else’s eyes. But this wasn’t just a vision—it was an experience unfolding through all her senses.
“I’m wearing simple sandals. The ground beneath me feels warm, dry, and dusty… the sand is soft but hot, like it’s been absorbing the sun all day. It sticks between my toes.”
I leaned in and gently asked, “Look at your sandals. What do they look like?”
“They are thin, almost fragile. They wrap around my ankles with simple straps… They don’t cover much of my feet, I am walking, we are in a row…”
I guided her further, “Now, look at your clothes. What are you wearing?”
“They are light, flowing… almost like a thin tunic, off-white with golden details. I have bracelets on my wrists… they seem to be made of gold. My necklace has a beautiful blue stone… it feels important, sacred.”
Years later, in this life, she would recognize that stone as lapis lazuli, a gemstone highly valued in ancient cultures. But in the memory, she simply knew it was special, though she couldn’t explain why.
She hesitated for a moment.
“These clothes… they’re not what I usually wear. They’re beautiful, ceremonial. The others… are dressed the same way… adorned in jewelry, their hair braided with gold. We’re walking together… slowly… in a line.”
A subtle shift in her expression, a slight furrow of her brow.
“I know this is a ritual. I know we are important. We are chosen… but I don’t fully understand what it means.”
Her breathing slowed as the realization settled in, but there was no fear—just an acceptance, as if she had known all along.
“They told us this is an honor. That we are part of something greater. That this is how it has always been.”
She paused, swallowing.
“But something inside me… something deeper… it knows.”

The moment of death & a revelation
At that moment, in this life, she realized it was a sacrificial ritual in ancient Egypt—though in her memory, she wasn’t fully aware of what that truly meant.
Suddenly, she reacted as if the experience were unfolding in real time.
“The air… it’s thick… heavy… it doesn’t move. My chest feels tight. My heart… strong at first… now slower… fading…”
In the memory, she and a group of young women were led deep into a rock chamber, their ceremonial garments flowing as they walked in silence. The space was vast yet suffocating, the walls rough and ancient, holding the weight of unspoken fate. As the last of them entered, a massive cut stone—precisely shaped to seal the entrance—began to move. The grinding of rock against rock echoed through the chamber, a final sound before darkness claimed them.
My other friend, watching closely, turned to me and said in a firm but concerned voice:
“Wake her up.”
I knew I had to take her out properly. As a good guide, I helped her shift her perspective, reminding her she was only observing.
“You are only watching. It is not happening to you. You are only a viewer. You are safe, here and now.”
Gradually, she steadied. The experience no longer felt immediate, and she began to see it as something separate from herself.
Moments later, she continued, recalling other past lives—and not only that, she experienced a future sight, nearly 20 years later, would come true.
Unraveling the Fear of Darkness and Closed Spaces
What happened the following days was even more surprising. For as long as she could remember, she had an unshakable fear of sleeping in complete darkness. She always needed a light on at night and felt uneasy in small, enclosed spaces. It was something she had accepted as part of her life, never truly understanding why.
But after this regression, something changed. It was as if uncovering the memory of being sealed inside that stone chamber had brought a hidden fear to the surface—one she didn’t even know had roots in something much deeper. In the days that followed, she realized she no longer needed a nightlight to sleep. The fear that had once felt so overwhelming was gone, as if the memory had finally released its grip on her.
That was the moment I truly understood the power of past life regression—not as proof of anything, but as a profound tool for healing.
A calling from another lifetime
Years passed, and life took me in different directions. I pursued a career as a veterinarian, and I truly enjoyed it. It was fulfilling in its own way, and throughout my journey, I even found myself involved in areas related to genetics, expanding my understanding of life in unexpected ways. But deep inside, I knew there was something more—something calling me back.
It wasn’t that I stopped loving my profession; rather, I knew that my journey in that field would always be a part of me. Perhaps one day I would return to it, or perhaps not. I had learned, experienced, and grown, but a deeper part of me knew it was time to follow a different path—one that had been with me since childhood. Hypnosis had always been present in my life, and now it was time to fully embrace it.
I dedicated myself to professional training, studying for two years at the Hypnosis Motivation Institute (HMI) to refine my skills and build a strong foundation. With each lesson and every new technique I mastered, it became clearer that this was exactly what I was meant to do.
Now, with years of training and experience, I help people unlock the hidden depths of their subconscious minds, heal unresolved emotions, and explore the mysteries of past lives. But deep down, I’ve always felt that my connection to hypnosis and past life regressions transcends this lifetime. It doesn’t feel like something I learned, but something I remembered—a skill and knowledge that has traveled with me through multiple lives.
Could you have past life memories too?
Many people wonder if past life memories can surface through dreams, unexplained emotions, or déjà vu experiences. Hypnosis allows us to access those deeper layers of the subconscious, revealing what the conscious mind often cannot grasp. However, the purpose of past life regression is not to prove whether these memories are real or not—it is about the healing process behind them. The emotions, insights, and transformations that arise during these sessions can help release deep-seated fears, unresolved patterns, and subconscious blocks, leading to profound personal growth.
If you’re curious about exploring your past lives, unlocking subconscious patterns, or simply experiencing the power of hypnosis, I offer virtual sessions tailored to your needs.
